Catalogue information
Our products may be secondhand, collectible or new. Each listing should be read with its condition, photographs, description and any disclosed defects. Prices, availability and descriptions are refreshed from our operational stock system. A basket does not reserve an item; stock is checked and reserved only when payment is prepared.
Prices and orders
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges and the order total are shown before payment. Because many items are individual copies, an order is subject to stock remaining available. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we will contact you and refund the affected payment.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods, delivery options, charges and estimated delivery information are shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; AZ Books records the payment references needed to manage the order.
Cancellations and returns
The cancellation and returns process is described on our Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to goods that do not match their description, are not of satisfactory quality or are not fit for purpose.
