Change-of-mind cancellation
For most goods bought online, you may cancel within 14 calendar days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason. After telling us that you are cancelling, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the refund if the goods have been handled beyond that and their value has diminished.
Refunds
We refund the price of the returned goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not refund any extra cost for an upgraded delivery option. We may wait until the goods arrive back, or until you provide evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.
Faulty, incorrect or not as described
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. If an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact support@azbooks.co.uk with your order number and details. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law; this can include a full refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. We will cover reasonable return postage for an item that is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Secondhand condition
Wear, markings, missing accessories or other defects clearly disclosed in the listing are part of the description. They do not remove your rights if the item is materially different from what was described. Sealed CDs, DVDs or software may have different cancellation rules if their seal is broken, where the statutory exception applies.
How to request a return
Email support@azbooks.co.uk before sending anything and include your order number, the item you are returning, the reason if you wish to share it, and your name and address. Send approved returns to:
